Mr. Ray Higdon did a 90 minute webinar that was so  dang awesome I had to blog about it... !!

So I will share with you some killer stuff so here we go

How do you get people to want your information and how do you generate more leads

GIVE THEM WHAT THEY WANT?   Education... they wanna know how to and the why...

It's up to you to teach them...

Here are some things that can help you

Steps to More Leads 


1. Watch a training preferably a training you can be a affiliate of...
2. Take 3-5 tips from that training and put into a power point
3. Record that training with a call to action at the end or ( to your affiliate link )
4. Put that training behind a capture page.
5. Use your link when helping other prospect and market through your channels - if you are serious about building a team point them to a training that is pointing to a training that has a capture page and what your doing is creating a storehouse of ammo... if you keep it simple people will share it..

Example: 
PRO BLOG Academy (Ray Higdons personals blogging course)  - Go through training and learn 3-5 tips and do a training put it behind a capture page...use your affiliate link and say if you want more tips like this then go here and get this course... (give them affiliate link)

Invest... Learn...Teach...

NEVER DO A WEBINAR OR TRAINING WITH PUTTING A RECORDING BEHIND A CAPTURE PAGE... so people have to put in their information to watch it.. 

BIGGEST MISTAKE MARKETERS MAKE ( when doing Email communication ) 

They evaluate each email by " How much they make "  Don't draw people in with value but focus on building through building trust and relationships... don't slam them with every offer you get once they opt in.

HOW TO CREATE A FERVENT FOLLOWING...

1. Constantly read books, attend events, go through courses.
2. Relay your notes - your notes, you can consider them un-cashed checks... 
3 Bring value to them and have monetized links inside your content ( PS Lines, Banners, ect ) 

If you follow Ray's blog most of blog posts are not monetized... there are links here or there
but it provides value by what they say and what they have done...
go opt into your funnel and opt into your training and see if you would want to be on your own list...

KNOW HOW TO CREATE PRODUCTS...

A lot of people have a default and they cannot wrap their head around it so lets call it

" Monetized Training's" so instead of focusing on the products you can say " Hey instead of making a product can you make a training for me" ( do you see the difference )

1, Instead of 3 - 5 tips for lead generating recording do 12+ tips and offer it for free at first, then collect testimonials and sell it for $5-$20 dollars ( use pay pal in beginning )

2. At the end offer a coaching program to teach them how to do what you just did. Dan Kennedy said "You should charge whatever you can charge with a straight face." You got to feel that out

Most people that don't create products  think they have to reach a certain success in order to create a product...  you don't ... You just have to know more then most... you can at the very least test it out.

ROCK SOLID ROUTINE 


A routine means nothing if you do not have vision. The vision is what you have of what you want to become ( as know as ) Having a vision will get you up every day... the second crappy day you will question yourself and you end up going backwards.


  • Exercise ( Put your phone Airplane Mode ) before go to sleep!
  • Put 12 Affirmations on phone on index cards take a picture on your phone ( or affirmations ) - anything you are grateful of this is extremely important before bed and your subconscious will focus on it. When you wake up read your affirmations again to set the intention of the day. 
  • Put on a audio book get to the gym and read your emails while on the treadmill.
  • Got through a product or course/book, ect
  • Produce a piece of content daily ( minimum )
  • If you want to break ranks in MLM, prospect X per day 
  • Attend events
  • Get a mentor if serious 
  • Monthly or weekly coaching calls (these are pointless unless you are going to implement) 
  • Keep an eye on Exposure agents ( people like WWN Whats working Now) and figure out how to help them. MLSP - No Excuses Summit and the like are ways to expose yourself and business. 
Ever has a Q and A session where the audience simply asks random questions and below was some of the responses ... nuggets of gold... 


TIPS: 

When you blog you can use programs like  Tribe Pro / Social Adder...is good but the #1 is consistency rather then magic... the #2 to getting a ton of traffic is relationships with your list. 

Build your list by putting out training, most people will create training once and then pound the hell out of it. Do a webinar every single week... It takes some time... be in it for the long run and be consistent

When starting a blog how do you get people to come is you serve them... most people quit right before the leads start rolling in. Instead of asking how do I get more visitors... ask how do you become more valuable. 

Don't teach anything that you have not learned.

Come up with a concept and come up with a keyword or phrase and focus on consistency and get a ton of traffic use tools and the reason why people

The best way to capture testimonials do it in the heat of the moment... ask "If you got value type to me the number one thing you got from value on the webinar?" and then go to the webinar log...and match up the name.. Or you could tell everyone to go to your Facebook page and have them type in something... 

What if you don't have any testimonials? Then you need to put more value out there 

If someone comes to your house and are hungry why go to the store go to your pantry - you personal library of training's to provide what they would want. 

How do you deal with overwhelmed? It's called procrastination its not overwhelm its procrastination either do something or don't do something... don't say someday just say NEVER instead. 

The bigger you get as a marketer the more people will mess with you so use a double opt in... 

Even if you are brand new marketing is just ONE thing it's really getting leads. Start doing business smart from the get go and get some leads and treat people with value...
