Keep It simple... When it comes to MLM prospecting it is very easy to become a master prospector. I never get into a long winded conversation about my company / products or services. You have got to find ways to simplify your business. I recently had someone on the phone, they were looking at getting started in my primary business... They made a profound statement that I had to share with you...
We as marketers as we go out into the marketplace tend to over complicate things not just in business but in life...
So I get a phone call from a rep that says " I need to know everything about this product before I go out and talk to anyone" . That is the death of an organization...
I will share with you a formula that will literally change your business overnight it it applies
S + E = MD
FACT: the more you talk the less the prospect feels that they can do it....
Let your tools ( Videos, Webinars, Audios ) do the talking become a master director... Direct people to the tools, resources, and people that are going to help them...
Then it looks like all you did is shoot someone over a video or all you did was show them the video... or all you did was give them a link...
People feel that if you don't over complicate it then it means they don't have to do a fancy presentation... ( monkey see monkey do )
People want to know basically 2 things 1.Is it simple and 2. Can I do it
How is it that 2 people can do the same business presentations (same company) and one closes over half the room and someone else only gets enough to count on one hand.
If it's fun and simple it works!
TIP: Take yourself out of being the customer service rep... here is what I mean..
I know a guy that when he gets a phone call when someone starts asking him technical questions that he directs them to a website he created.
{ He has created about 10 different videos that he sends people too } " Go over here and if you still have problems let me know...
That group of videos have the most frequently asked questions...
The moment that you decide to keep it simple your business will EXPLODE!
Are you duplicatable? If you are not then you might be having problems...

You got to see where people's commitment level is so often I will test the prospect to see where they are at.
If I gave you DVD or website would you go watch it?
Keep it drop dead simple... Remember The speed of the leader is the speed of the pack...
So now you know the S in the formula is Simplicity = S
I have been accused of being really happy and excited when I talk to people about my business and that the prospects can feel my excitement....
People are not attracted to tools or lame people so if you are not having fun... then find a business that is.
Do yourself a favor... call your voice mail ,and change it... don't believe me... o.k then go call Casey Eberhart's voice mail and be prepared to be in for a shock... This guy signs up a person a week just based off his voice mail!
Seriously I will provide the script that goes something like this...
" Hey you have reached Casey Eberhart this is arguably the best day of my life! I am having a absolute blast! I am sorry I cannot pick up the phone If you leave your name and number I will absolutely call you the second I can, have a amazing day now go make someone have a awesome day! "
How would you feel if you got that message?
So how many times you get a crummy voice mail from someone that is negative....
I want my business to seem like it's a party and I want to have fun... make it fun... if you are not having fun nobody will want to join you... The company is not special the product is not special it's YOU...
The more you can promote others successes and that you can acknowledgement...
So now you know the E stands for Enthusiasm which equals Massive Duplication...
Ask yourself on a scale of 1 to 10 how simple did I explain it or on a scale of 1 to 10 how excited am I
If you do that your check will duplicate and your organization will duplicate... that is home you become great at MLM prospecting
Just remember keep it simple, and direct the flow of traffic.
Your action step: At the very least go out and change your voice mail to reflect the true you... don't be fake but at the same time don't be a stick in the mud... and if you are not getting the results you want it may be time to change your outlook on life.
