So when you are phone calling leads think of disqualify as many people as many as possible (because your time is valuable ) and you will automatically find the 5% of the population that want what you have...

Your pipeline is your method of your prospecting going through your system so they can make an informed decision... 

Focus a hour a day on prospecting
Focus on putting 6 people a day into your pipeline and you only do that 5 days a week that is 30 new people a week looking at what you have to offer...

thats 120 people a month... after some practice you can get 10 percent that's 10 or 12 people a month...
