First : You want to know your customer.. What do they get from you? What do they like?  Who are these people and what they are like and buy what benefits does your customers receive from you?

People buy benefits not features...Talk about benefits in everything you promote.
Benefits are saves time  vs a feature is an ingredient ( which is more appealing to you? )

What is the lifetime value of a customer? This is important to know ...
You take the profit x the number of products or services x the length of how long they are a customer normally in years and you will get a average. If they are in Network Marketing and they go off to build a huge business then that is extremely profitable to you. After you know all of that then know what  ability you have  to spend in advertising cost in  order to get that customer or that rep.  Here is the problem... people don't want to spend ANY ADVERTISING COSTS...

If someone is going to spend $100 dollars I am willing to spend $25 dollars in advertising to get that person, that customer, that rep whatever ... all day long...

Don't forget to add in your time which is the single most valuable thing you have factor in that as well.

Once you know who your customer is we now we can go where they hang out at?
What you like or want is irreverent and it's a matter of going where you market happens to be is.
Social Media is authenticating and transparent and you need to be genuine.

Post what your customers want... whatever social media platform

Everyone is doing features and you are doing benefits...
Save you time and make more money... (there it is)

If you go and ask a marketer what their perfect customer is and the say any of the following
Has a pulse, anybody, everybody heads up that is not a perfect customer!

Get clear with who your customer is... once we do now we go to where we hang out!

Huge Tip : Whatever social media platform you use ... POST WHAT YOUR CUSTOMER WANTS! Start talking about what interests them.

Talk about things that is interesting to them...Stop talking about you and talk about them. Keeping stats in social media this is someone that is working it or not... keep track and keeping stats of Social Media. TEST, TEST and TEST  test mode of the posts and be in test mode... what time do you post it at always be testing and keep a swipe file.

It's all about engagement and whats working. So go try to put a FB ad up and you can run it for $5 bucks!... its better to go waste $5 bucks on FB and  not make a sale then to do nothing at all. What if you got a sale, would you do it again?

3. Politics - Liberals, Democrat, Republican nobody is going to agree with what you do. Nobody is going to change their political views due to your posting ...
3. No Sex- TMI ( Too Much Information )
4. No Negativity - No Bullshit you posting your bad experience in company x.

Get your Facebook profile dialed in right before you create a fan page
Fan Page is a way to have far more people then 5,000 people... it has far less engagement then your personal page.

POSTING on FB

What?? Use the platform to celebrate others! Not everyone is going to read the post however if you get tagged you will be seen. I love to promote others clients and clients stuff and others when you promote others...

Publicly take a opportunity to promote someone in front of everyone on Facebook...

If you look at your wall and nobody is liking or commenting on the things then nobody is seeing it.
When I look at Facebook you got to understand Edge-rank ... If somebody shares 10 then comment and 5 and a like like 1 point then spreadsheet it and then you can test with other posts...

If you post a picture and nobody comments then STOP! Keep track of what people are responding too

Can you outsource the work you do on FB?  Yet people will not spend the money to invest in their business.

It puts you on a list in the scribers that are open to networking with you... you will see a flood of Linked In account. ( like a 100 a day )The person that has 100 connections on Linked in will have a harder time then someone that has 10,000 connections. the good news is Toplinked is only like $49 bucks for the year or $10 bucks for the whole year. My buddy Casey spends 50 bucks literally 5 years ago and gets no less then 10 connection requests per day. Worth it if you are a active on Linked In... 

This is valuable this is a social media site called Add Me Fast
http://www.addmefast.com You can subscribe to different feeds and you get points and you can promote your social links and people can go and like you... You can bypass this and pay actual money to have people click on your social profiles ... you can do it by keyword(s) and country and other search methods.
This might be somewhat conterversal but  If I got a new fan page and if they don't have that many likes this is a great tool to help build that...

My 3 top favorite ways to market offline in 2014

I wanted to share with everyone my top 3 ways to get leads offline. There are other strategies in fact I will show you at the end of this blog... 147 different ways! They work in any business any market! Some are passive others are direct... 

You should always be getting Leads for your business... Why Leads? They are the reason why you are marketing in the first place! To get new customers new clients... for your business.  So how many can I get? The sky is the limit... 

Offline marketing is any type marketing not involving the Internet, a.k.a. traditional marketing, and includes direct mail, newspaper ads and so on.

In terms of low cost offline marketing, networking can be extremely effective – that has certainly been the case in my experience.  There are an almost limitless number of ways to market your business and I wanted to share how exactly you can get this information because I want to give back to my readers and my team! 

So  here they are :

#1     Pick 5 or 10 15 or 20 blogs in your area of expertise. (same nitch) so who would be looking for _______. Go find other blogs and leave good constructive comments and offer value in their post so you are adding to the conversation.  See the comments and if there are good comment  you should add to the conversation. The post will remain in permeant status that will last forever with a link back to your website or Facebook page. It will last better then a tweet or Facebook post that stays in someones feed for 5 minutes. My main piece of advice – don’t be a fair weather networker.  

2#     One of the most valuable how to get in front of prospects and get them to pay attention to my message. EBAY ?? REALLY… A. Create a report or ebook to prospects and create a report to help your prospects in whatever you nitch is   (content) and create a dutch auction…

Put 1000 available… Set up where it is going to be a penny or dime they have to give you their contact information and  Ebay makes you appear as the author!

3#     Return Mailers  This is by far my favorite ( junk mail ) put your card your promo material and send it in… put a flyer in Hey if this sounds cool fold it up and put it in your pocket…I love this because the envelope says (No postage necessary if mailed in the United States)  So go over to your friends house and get the junk mailers that people send out and do 1 or 2 a day? Do you still pay your bills by check? Someone has to open your bill and process your check right? Put in your flyer or contact information...
