I am going over different ways you can boost your blog and touch on a lead formula that is literally hold me by the hand.
It's so hard to create content on a subject that is in constant change (like the internet) but if you apply some of these little things over a period of time you can get results!
Traffic is possible without doing any extra bells and whistles and special "tricks" when it comes to your blog I am just throwing that out there.

The number 1 mistake, drumroll please... is they focus inward they ask themselves? "Who am I?" "What gives me the right to talk about this to others?" people want small bits of training but they want to know immediately. How can you solve their problems right now? Create content, solve problems and have people find you! Most people are really basic keep it simple...

2. Not being consistent... do it every day or every other day for a really long time be very consistent why would they come back... because they got new content... In this industry so few people are consistent... if you are putting out content you cant not get leads!
3. Take you opt in's lightly ( this is the whole reason for your blog )
Get people off social media sites and twitter kicks you off or Facebook kicks you off then all those people are gone... so get them to opt into your list like yesterday!
4. People waiting to have the perfect blog... don't wait to have it perfect GO and fix along the way!
5. They mismanage your list... take care of them do not hammer them with sales messages.
Some blogs will have a affiliate link inside.. rather then here is a capture page from them new widget then trying to teach them something.
Getting More Traffic
If your are ever to become a leader, you have got to believe in your value and that comes down to mindset... and people fight that... They are not programed to be winners so they become winers...Your value in the marketplace will dictate your income.. Once you believe you are someone of value you want to get in front of as many people as possible that it I.E your brand and that is traffic.
TIP : Testing and tracking will shock you because you will see that the changes you make to your blog your opt in will go up or down based on certain things you do on your site.
I was told a couple of years ago this was a good way to get your message out there.The other way to do it is through article marketing like article marketing robot, Unique Article Wizard and Bestspinner is the best combo you can get backlinks... this coupled with keyword research you can dominate search engines.
You can get results without this software and its a way to test and track Rob Fore (Google him) has great training on his site...
The absolute best way to get traffic right now is BUILD AND TAKE CARE OF YOUR LIST! Have a great opt in... Make the offer make them toss and turn at night... your opt ins can always been changed a good one is 10 ways to get 50 leads a day! It drives me crazy enter your name a email for a free gift... FREE GIVE are you freaking serious... or NEWSLETTER?? WHY Why the heck should I be on your newsletter? You just gotta sell free...
Then take them directly to the give away don't do a secondary opt-in or a capture page... give them something of value. Give them training!
But Scott... I want traffffffffic when I create some kind of content I get it out to my list so I get some buzz and shown around.
There are a lot of people that are simply not calling their leads... If you are not calling the leads then somebody else somewhere is signing them up...
