I learned a while back that when you produce your marketing calendar fills up pretty damn fast.  When you happen to be in production mode you need a calendar.

Did you know you can also judge a persons production by their calendar...

If you do this...the fuller your calendar is in your home business the more money you are going to make!

You got to keep it simple and don't overcomplicate it... This calendar becomes a part of you... your being...

The calendar helps navigate that crazy life and keeps you on track and organized... it works for you and works against you and it becomes a part of you. Eventually it gets emotionally attached to you...

Your calendar is personable and however you keep track... do you color code it?  Whatever it has to be a part of you...

1. Lets Talk Simplicity get a paper yes I said paper calenda
 want to have a paper calendar if you are not a tech person... this works for you it's tride and true. Y ou can see it all. There is no need for any connection to the internet or phone. Its all right there in physical form. Your computer may crash your battery might die but its all there black and white in front of you! 

If you are at a event  you can whip out calendar and  schedule the event on the spot. Paper calendar is FREE... you can always input it on the computer later.

2.  A G MAIL account & Google Calendar  - it's FREE and integrates with everything Google does... You can fight it or go with the flow...  with the calendar  you can color coordinate and certain colors mean certain call... You can repeat events on a regular basis and you can share calendars with others.



3. Time Trade is awesome -  http://www.TimeTrade.com which is 50 bucks a year... This is in my opinion one of the best 50 dollars a year you could spend...

Ever schedule appointment and people don't show up... If you want a good program that is online meaning you can access it from anywhere you have a internet connection.

Sorry folks There is no affiliate program...

The cool thing is You create criteria for different people different type of connections...
You can set up pre-appointments like 15. 20,  30 minute blocks of time of where someone can contact you on specific times and days. You can have the customers answer qualifying questions... this sends the person a email confirmation that they have scheduled a appointment with you.

This integrates with google calendar...

Set up different links for different appointments and then send that specific link link out to somebody
if its a strategy call they get a different links and different appointments for different links...

Its a scheduler you create different appointments with people and ask people to have your people ask them qualifying questions and sends the customer a series of follow up as well..

This literally eliminates the no shows..

I ask the customer to put what this is call is about that way I can best serve them when we connect.

You can record a call and give the call and do a MP3 you can have it transcribed you can put in a archive and you can charge people to gain access to valuable content. You can give people the link and give your team members access.

It shows the call and time to call in in the callers time zone so it is all seamlessly integrated they call in according to their time zone to a phone number and pin code

You can do a weekly call or even a weekly show... Another option you can do is you can do a recorded call 30 min and have people call in to a weekly call and it can be like a opportunity call and then he jumps on at the end to answer questions.

It books an appointment on Google Calendar so the person and myself at the same time get notified.

I have a domain name you can go to it and it takes you to a landing page it serves two purposes one is to sign up on my email list the other is to book a appointment with me.

So I have a Paper Planner I have Time Trade I have a Conference Call system and I have a CRM service... I have a business...

It comes down to this pack your calendar pack you bank account...
Commit to one thing your calendar you can forecast your profits...
