Time Management what to do and how to spend it

If you are doing it right its going to feel like information overload and time management its all about how much time you can devote to the business. 

Having so may options and Ideas I would drive myself crazy and make things out that is going to help me reach my goal... write it out... 

Finding out the next step a skill set that need to master and do that project and be done with it 
and when I got that skill set done I learned the un glamorous and I have a list of 3 to 5 things everyday to make the business development process to work... 

Every day and lay little bricks to build the house and 3 to 5 bricks and in a while you have the finished house... 

How many days can you look back and say I have laid my bricks today... 

What does it consist of it may include: 

Edit a video, create a split test, email for your auto responder, create a landing page, finish a course, create a video, watch a webinar, call you leads for the day,  ect... ect... 

Only you know what to do

Is your brand who you are? What you do or What you sell ?

Continuity across the spectrum... 

In the beginning its important to brand yourself to something... the Facebook guru, the youtube guru, the leads generating guru... 


why because the key to building a six figure business and how you are doing ( acquire a skill ) it and its a valuable skill to have... other people will see your skill and flock to you to learn that skill... 

so you are going to become the __________ skill guy or gal.

I pick names that have implied benefit ( magnetic sponsoring ) ( Black Belt Recruiting ) ( MLM traffic formula ) ( Copywriting Guild ) ( Wealth Factory )  you can pretty much see what the product is about... 

all brand names it has an implied benefit. Personal Branding is a result of a success a product then the name ( YOU ) becomes the brand eventually. 

Branding the product and as a success of that product you will then be branded a success.

When you set goals what kind of goals should you really set, production, money or what? 

Set your goals when to get things done... my goal is to ... always set around completing task 
there is no reason to have a 30 k a month goal without determining how you are going to accomplish that goal...

You got to get your checklist out and get things done..

Create a LLC, Create a autoresponder, Create a video script for the sales video, go to 99 designs create the logo, shopping cart.... ect

all the little things just for the process.... 

Work backwards from the goals... what is the 3 to 5 things you have to do to create the process....
To make one sale a day how many people do you have to send to your capture page

Google is not a fan of people that try to manipulate the system and the best thing you can do is not focus so much on SEO as you go and attempt to learn copywriting and marketing and dominate your nitch that way...

The only way I will do SEO when I become really big and I don,t want my name being messed with I will pay a SEO guy to clean things up for me...

Final Note Brian told me to get 2 to 3 marketing pillers and get about 20 - 40 leads coming in from each one and to get on average 80 leads a day you do that over 5 or 6 months and rule it....

The 90 Day Challenge for me has begun -- officially...

I am 2 days late starting... The challenge started Monday but I can catch up it's Wednesday...

It's about breakthrough... and doing something in the first day of your life...

I have personal goals that I am going to be making over $10 grand a month my specific amount is known only to me...

I am going to gain huge momentum by doing simple things every day.


Now for me I have ADD at least ( they called it Hyperactivity ) when I was a kid.. Focus was not my strong point in life.. I sucked in school and graduated by going to a adult school..

When it comes to the money statement, isn't that pretty damn bold ... sure

I know it's possible I know its been done! I am doing it...

When I go to my bank I as for the bank statement and the teller looks at me and tells me my total in my bank account...

and then it hits me.... BAM!!!

I am going to be a red lanyard which is six figure a year earner...

The first step is the hardest and you won half the battle if you take on the challenge. You got to go against everything you have known...

How far is 90 days? 12.7 weeks roughly so there is a sheet that I used a point sheet to
schedule my daily / weekly activities it's so simple to do but it's so simple not to do...

66 pts. a week minimum 6 days a week

Be present on your life.. in the moment so while I am doing a 90 day challenge I need to enjoy the time for the reason why I do this business...

I got recognized on a google team hangout a week ago where my team featured me on a call... now all I can say is that there were hundreds of people out there and with that it made me feel special... and I feel the love for the team!

DAMN I AM BLESSED 

You cant get tons of people but new team members you cannot control...

I wanted to give a few pointers on exactly what I have been learning and that you can get this 
exact same information...

YOU HAVE 2 to 3 Seconds before your prospect clicks away and you got to get that lead.... 

1. TEST and TRACK EVERYTHING.... look you put a ad up hook it up to a landing page 
you get very little clicks and then you spent $$$ and you say this crap does not work...

Ok I understand.... that's what I did (used to do ) ... but then I got educated 

Get 3 custom landing pages that you create yourself hook them up to a URL rotator ( google it ) 
and then get some tracking software... now I know which one is converting the highest and then I take that one and do another 3 versions... some people have gotten conversions as high as a 90 percent opt in rate... 

UNREAL... so  the moral of the story is test, test test and perfect... 

2. Here his another tip I picked up... look at her eyes... ( pretty hungh? ) just kidding. She is looking to where I want you to go to the opt in form... Often times marketers will place people looking in the direction where you want people to focus. 

This is pretty clever it's not rocket science you don't even need to know why something is working in order to understand it.. monkey see monkey do... 

3. Don't Clutter you page... you want a crisp clean opt in form like this one and because it has a compelling message and it pulls you in your simply want to enter your information and you see yourself hitting the submit button... 

So I wanted to leave you with 3 things that can make your capture pages better... I learned a ton of information on how to get customers even without a freaking website... just a capture page and auto responder !!!

We all have those times when things seem to be running smoothly and we are involved in out day to day routine and are going according to plan. Leads are coming in we are generating sales, business partners are comming in and your marketing strategy is working... 

Then it hits you... 


Derailment ... something hits our business a illness an event and or even feeling of being burned out is not uncommon... What if the marketing strategy you were using is not working for you like it used to?? 

Facebook changes their way of you marketing your campaigns, Google uses another animal  update and wipes out your traffic...  

One thing remains is that you have to be constant in your marketing and " Bring the value" as your overall marketing strategy. 


START WITH THE END IN MIND 


Always ask yourself what do I want my customer to go to click on or end up at? I never make a piece of content without thinking of where I want my reader to go to..

Have a plan with your marketing... A written plan will keep you more organized and less likely to run down a path less traveled.. DETAL is needed 

A good plan and the tasks it takes to accomplish that plan... This is your DMO ( Daily Method of Operation) Depending on your methods you will accomplish your goals or fall short. Establish what you want to do vs what you should do... that way at least you hit your goal for the day even if you fall short or do not get everything done on your list for that day..

HABITS MAKE YOU MONEY


Once you have your DMO and you are doing the things daily to make the money to make the sales to make the conversions you will notice the things that you used to do that was hard for you... the phone calls, that blog post, that social media posting... its become second nature and you can rap off something pretty easy now...

Make this habit... commit to doing a minimum of 15 minutes of personal development every day... Work on you and you will be amazed of what you accomplish... 

Your marketing strategy should contain 2 to 3 daily marketing methods that you have to do and 2 or 3 marketing methods that you should do... Above all commit to a minimum of 15 min a day of personal development...

So I got off a webinar with none other with Diane Hochman and what a great person / marketer she is...

she is called the " Queen of Attraction Marketing " I mean this woman has got some serious skills..

I have been following Diane for quite some time no, guess you can say I am one of her followers..
Kinda sounds like a cult hungh, LOL ?

I can say she is defiantly one of the top marketers out there when it comes to getting people to click.. try and buy... 

So she was going on about email copywriting and how you can make your emails get open, 
clicked on and people buying from you with no resistance! 

I had such results that the very next email I sent out got a 47 percent open rate ! 

She has the same feelings on this that I do. If you were to strip away all the tools the one thing I would die fighting for would be our Autoresponder.

Because its "our list" where the money is at.

I wanted explain in this video some of the points of the webinar...

She did mention of the importance of writing good copy and becoming a good copywriter is a skill that will make you money for a lifetime...

When you know what physiological triggers that are encoded in our DNA since caveman days... and why people are compelled to buy...

Its a science that literally if you can just nail down two or three things you will get more emails opened you will get more clicks in those emails and people will buy from you!

So literally I was sitting at a bar and across the way and saw a woman stirring a red fruity colored drink that was this dirty blond hair blue eyed beauty that I had seen before but never introduced  myself formally. Today was going to be different.

I took the last swallow of my drink and proceeded clockwise down around the square bar to the other side... I had seen her through the bottles on the other side come in and sit down ,  she looked irritated.

It was a convention and the room was packed with attendees that had just gotten out of the seminar.  I was attempting to make my way through the crowd. Finally I made it over to her tapping her on the shoulder breaking from her zombie trance.

"Dianne" I said softly... she spun around and instantly threw on a smile " Hey you"... how have you been?" she responded.

O.k it was a little over the top but I wanted the reader to get the story setup

Once you got the reader engaged in a story of sort then you can ad on what you are selling...

It's about the delivery the setup.

A single thing you can do is write like you talk.. Don't be proper... Proper is reserved for
the schools and such...

Write with your attitude... quote me on this " The more unprofessional you are the more money you are going to make"
